I know it is ridiculous. But I went through several webages who got asked (maybe?) some common questions about graphic products, accessing, using and managing them. Lets see if it helps!

General Questions

Where can I download my product after purchasing?

We will email you the download link. If not found, please contact us.

How to download my products again after several months or years?

You can search in your email inbox to find the purchase confirmation email, there you can download it again. Or you can create an account here to access it anytime via your dashboard.

Do I have to be a Photoshop or Illustrator expert to use your products?

No, you just need to add some texts. Search on youtube how to add text on Photoshop, how to add text on Canva, etc.

I just emailed a pre-sale or support question, when will I get reply?

We usually reply within 24 hours. If you did not get a reply or we missed it, please message us on Messenger or Twitter.

Where do I enter my discount or coupon code?

If you have a discount code, please click on the purchase button. At the bottom, there is a link called Have a discount coupon? Click on that link and a box will appear. Copy-paste the code and it will be applied to the purchase amount.

Using Products

My product is not working properly, what should I do?

First of all, re-download the product to try once again. If it's still not working, please contact us as soon as possible.

Which softwares and versions are compatible with your products?

Usually, any software's latest version will work fine. For JPG and SVG file formats, some older versions like 5 years old version will work also. If you have a very old version of any software, please let us know. We will try our best to provide older, compatible files for you.

What is the minimum configuration of PC/Mac to use your products?

Any configuration will work if you use JPG files. If you have 8GB RAM or more, an SSD instead of an HDD, and a dedicated graphics card it will work very smoothly.

License & Refunds

Can I use my licensed product on multiple devices?
Yes, you can use your licensed product on all of your own devices including mobiles, tabs, PCs, laptops, or even on TVs. But only you can use the licensed product. Your friend or family member is not allowed to use the product you licensed for yourself.

Can I share my purchased products with my co-workers, designers or friends?
Aww, this is cute. But you can not share the products you purchased for yourself. However, you can purchase multiple copies to share with multiple people. For example, you can buy 3 licenses to share with 2 people and yourself (or 3 people without yourself).
I don’t like your product, can I get a refund?
Definitely! We have a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product, just contact us and through some angry emojis. We will refund you to cool down as soon as possible.
Can I use freebies or free trial version of the premium products commercially?
You can use our freebies on commercial projects. But nooo, you can not use the trial version on commercial projects. However, if you are working for a client and before the final delivery, use the free trial version. After the client's approval, just purchase it. Also, you can use the free trial version on your personal projects. Pro tip: Tell the client to purchase it with your email address. 😀
How can I purchase multiple license for my team or for a bigger project?
If you need more than 5 licenses, please contact us. We would like to give a good discount with some 🎉 emojis.
How many units can I print with a single license?
Unlimited. Even you can print the same graphic/background on multiple physical products for unlimited units.
